Charity Dinner and Concert 2014

On the 5th of July 2014 Accasion Marquees hosted a charity concert dinner to raise funds for orphans in Ghana and a school building project as well as Hereford Gilbert and Sulivan Society.

There were 130 guests plus 30 members of the Hereford G and S Society.

The marquee was 12m x 27m with an extra bay on the gable end used as a large 12m x 4.5m entrance porch. This entrance porch was perfect for serving Pimms on arrival in the sun before all the guests took their seats in the marquee.

The charity event was a great success raising £2200.
